Vegetable Lo Mein
Super delicious vegetable lo mein noodle recipe with a savory Asian sauce. Way better than takeout!

- 16 oz lo mein noodles
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ carrot peeled and julienned
- 1 bell pepper cut into length wise strips
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 green onions cut into about 2-inch pieces
Cook noodles as described on noodles packet instructions. Be sure not to overcook. After noodles are done rinse in cold water and toss in sesame oil and set aside.
In a small bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Cut and prep all vegetables. Set aside.
In a large pan or wok add cooking oil. On medium heat add onions, carrots, and bell peppers. When onions and bell peppers begin to soften add snow peas and green onions. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add noodles to vegetables. Pour the sauce mixture over noodles and vegetables. Toss well and serve hot. Enjoy!
