Overnight Oats

Healthy no cook oatmeal perfect for a ready to go breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk (or water)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • fruit toppings: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana, mango

Instructions
 

  • Add oats with milk, vanilla, honey, and chia seeds in container with lid. Stir.
  • Leave overnight in refrigerator.
  • Top overnight oats with fruit and toppings next morning and enjoy! Note: If you prefer warm oats, you may microwave before adding toppings.
