This is the perfect thick, creamy avocado smoothie.

Ingredients

cup
cubed peeled frozen mango

frozen banana
sliced
1
cup
fresh spinach
washed
1
ripe avocado
¼
cup
coconut milk
(or milk of choice)
½
fresh lemon squeezed

tsp
maple syrup or honey
optional
Instructions
Place pineapple, banana, spinach, avocado, coconut milk, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add more maple syrup or honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
Notes
If the consistency is too thick add more coconut milk and if the consistency is too thin add more frozen fruit.
