Avocado Smoothie

This is the perfect thick, creamy avocado smoothie. It contains the perfect mix of banana, avocado, mango, and fresh lemon juice.

I have a little obsession with avocado. I literally could eat it for every meal… which is how it ended up in my smoothie. 😊 This smoothie is super filling and can be used for breakfast or a snack.

Smoothie Ingredients:

Avocado- Make sure that the avocado is ripe and ready to be eaten!

Frozen banana- Slice banana before freezing- this makes blending the banana easier. It also adds a natural sweetener.

Frozen mango- This adds another sweet component.

Spinach- The spinach helps with giving the smoothie a naturally green color.

Lemon juice- Helps cut the sweetness from the banana and adds a little tanginess.

Maple syrup or honey- This is optional. I normally don’t add the extra sweetener, but this also depends on how sweet my fruit is. You can add as much or as little as you like!

Coconut milk- I like this option because it’s dairy free, but you can switch the milk to any milk of your choosing… you could even use water if you want!
