Pan Fried Caramelized Bananas
Perfect caramelized bananas for topping breakfast toast, oatmeal, or ice cream.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Remove the peels off the banana and slice 1/2’’ inch thick.
Use a nonstick skillet over medium to medium high heat and add coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
Add banana slices. Fry 2-3 minute on each side or until golden brown and caramelized. Be sure to watch the heat and turn it down if it browns too quickly.
Add caramelized bananas on toast, oatmeal, ice cream or anything you like. Serve hot.
