In a large bowl, add thin soy sauce, seasoning sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic, lemongrass, honey, and olive oil. Mix well.
Add sliced beef to the sauce mixture. Mix well.
Allow marinating for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
Soak kabob skewers for 20-30 minutes in warm water. Thread the beef onto the wooden skewers.
Prepare grill. When the grill is ready place beef kabobs on and allow to brown on both sides. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. Depending on your grill and how you like your beef cooked will determine the amount of time to cook per side.
Serve lemongrass beef kabobs hot with rice or noodles.
