Lemongrass Beef Kabobs

These lemongrass beef kabobs are a crowd favorite. Made with a flavorful lemongrass marinade and tender beef.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp thin soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp seasoning sauce or soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup lemongrass finely chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 lbs thinly sliced beef

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add thin soy sauce, seasoning sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic, lemongrass, honey, and olive oil. Mix well.
  • Add sliced beef to the sauce mixture. Mix well.
  • Allow marinating for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
  • Soak kabob skewers for 20-30 minutes in warm water. Thread the beef onto the wooden skewers.
  • Prepare grill. When the grill is ready place beef kabobs on and allow to brown on both sides. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. Depending on your grill and how you like your beef cooked will determine the amount of time to cook per side.
  • Serve lemongrass beef kabobs hot with rice or noodles.
