Preheat your air fryer for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Prepare your chicken thighs by cutting off any excess fat.
Add chicken thighs to a bowl, along with thin soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Add your chicken thighs to your air fryer, skin down. Making sure there is adequate room around each piece of chicken.
Cook chicken for 13 minutes skin down at 400 degrees F. Then flip chicken thighs over and cook with skin side up for 10 minutes. If using a food thermometer, make sure the internal temperature for the chicken thighs reaches 165 degrees F. Remove your chicken from the air fryer when it is nice and crispy.
