Preheat oven to 425-degree F.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray (the addition of cooking spray will allow a crispy crust to form on your cauliflower).
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl or large ziplock bag. Toss in olive oil and water. Add flour and garlic powder and toss until evenly coated.
Add a single layer of cauliflower to the baking tray. Make sure there is space in between cauliflower florets (this allows extra crispiness).
Bake for 15 minutes.
While cauliflower is baking, place saucepan on stove at low to medium heat. Place butter in pan and hot sauce.
After cauliflower wings have been baking for 15 minutes, toss in hot sauce mixture.
Place cauliflower back on baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Then broil for 3-4 minutes until nice and brown. Be sure to keep an eye on them so the cauliflower wings don’t burn.
Serve hot with ranch dressing (or dressing of choice).
