Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl
This refreshing banana berry smoothie recipe is perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

- 1 frozen banana sliced
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries
- 1 cup of milk (I used 2% milk, but almond milk is a great substitution)
- 2 tsp of plain yogurt
Toppings
- Fresh fruit (berries or bananas or any fruit you like)
- Granola
- Chocolate
- Chia seeds
- any other toppings of your choice
Put all ingredients into blender and mix until thick and creamy. Consistency is thick and ice cream like. (Note: You may add more milk if you like a thinner consistency.)
Transfer smoothie mixture into bowl. Add your toppings.
Serve right away to avoid melting.
