- 3 cups oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ½ coconut milk
- ¼ maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together.
Add yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and egg. Mix well.
Add blueberries and raspberries and mix lightly.
Bake for 40 minutes for 350 F.
Serve and enjoy.
