Lemongrass Beef Kabobs

Tips for the Best Beef Kabobs
- Soak your skewers for 20-30 minutes prior to using them. Wooden skewers can burn easily over a hot grill.
- Marinating the meat for several hours allows the beef to become more flavorful.
How to Make Lemongrass Beef Kabobs:
In a large bowl, add thin soy sauce, seasoning sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic, lemon grass, honey, and olive oil. Mix well.

Add sliced beef to sauce mixture. Mix well.
Allow to marinate for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
Soak kabob skewers for 20-30 minutes in warm water. Thread the beef onto the wooden skewers.

Prepare grill. When grill is ready place beef kabobs on and allow to brown on both sides. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. Depending on your grill and how you like your beef cooked will determine the amount of time to cook per side.

Lemongrass Beef Kabobs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp thin soy sauce
- 1 tbsp seasoning sauce or soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup lemongrass finely chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 lbs thinly sliced beef
