When Christmas rolls around the corner, you will easily be able to spot candy canes in the grocery store. There is nothing better than to mix chocolate with those festive candy canes.
This fudge is super simple and no bake! I love packaging them into a cute container and bringing them for Christmas parties or as Christmas gift.
How to Store
Store your homemade fudge in a covered container on the counter at room temperature.
Should I Refrigerate Fudge?
It depends on your preference! If you leave it in the refrigerate then be sure the container is airtight.

Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup crushed candy canes/peppermint
Instructions
- Line 8 x 8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place candy canes in ziplock bag, seal, and crush with a rolling pin.
- Combined white chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk in a heat proof bowl using a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove bowl from double boiler (ensuring no water gets into chocolate- wipe bottom of bowl with towel).
- Stir in half of crushed candy canes and pour fudge mixture into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed cany canes on top of the fudge. Lightly pressing on the pieces in gently so they will stay in place.
- Leave fudge out on the counter for 3-4 hours or until fudge sets. Cut into squares and serve.
