Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl
This refreshing banana berry smoothie recipe is perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Seems like the cool thing these days is to have a smoothie bowl… I mean they are EVERYWHERE. And they are everywhere because they are super easy to make… and delicious.
What I like most about the recipe below… is that it taste like dessert, like eating ice cream for breakfast 🙂 but healthy. Anyone else want ice cream for breakfast? This is my perfect breakfast after a workout.
Another great thing about smoothie bowls, is that they are very versatile. Ways to make it your own:
- Milk base- you can substitute the milk with almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, or even water.
- Fruit- you can switch the fruit out depending on your preference and what you have available in your refrigerator.
- Yogurt- you can use plain or flavored yogurt.
Smoothie Recipe Tips
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk.
Give it a try, would love to hear if you love it as much as I do!
