Easy Hummus

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves smashed or minced
- 1 lemon juiced about 2-3 tbsp
- 1 can 15 ounce chickpeas, rinse, drained
Instructions
- Add tahini, 2 tbsp water, oil, salt, garlic, and lemon juice in food processor. Puree until smooth.
- Add chickpeas. Puree 3-4 minutes until smooth, scrape down sides of food processor. Add more water as needed (2 tbsp) if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Pair hummus with your favorite vegetable, chip, or cracker.
