One pot and one pan easy healthy banana bread! This no mess, no flour banana bread is delicious!

In most Asian cultures, desserts aren’t made that sweet, therefore, I grew up thinking most store bought treats were too sweet for my liking. Often times I find myself taking the icing off of Oreo’s, cupcakes, and cakes (weird? right?)

I often crave desserts or breads, but not wanting the extreme sweetness or the guilt for eating something indulgent. This recipe allows you to have banana bread without the guilt.

In my recipe, you will find that there is no added sugar. However, adding honey as an option will also work! I normally don’t add honey or any sweetener because bananas naturally have enough sugar for my taste. However, just for a little extra sweetness you can add honey to your liking.

I haven’t tried adding chocolate chips to the recipe, but I am sure it will also be amazing! Let me know how it taste!

This recipe has minimal ingredients and I enjoy that there is minimal clean up! Everything goes in one blender! I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
